Who they are

The Guild of National Cooperative Societies of Russia Non-profit Partnership – is the first and the biggest in Russia the voluntary organization’s union, specialized in the sphere of the housing financing and acquisition of the housing also by means of the mortgage’s institute. It’s established in the initiative of the first in Russia long duration people’s society of the accumulation type – cooperative “STROIM VMESTE” (Moscow).

The Guild of National Cooperative Societies of Russia Non-profit Partnership has its own Advisory Council. It involves experts in various special fields related to housing financing. The Advisory Council elaborates experimental introduction and implementation of cutting-edge technologies in housing financing. It also provides consulting, organizational and methodical assistance for societies – participants of NP GNCSR.

The members of non-profit organization are legal entities – consumer mortgage cooperatives. The stated cooperatives specialize in housing mortgage financing. In the context of its statutory activity NP GNCSR members grant mortgage loans for construction of new accommodation or purchase of finished apartments to individuals – consumer mortgage cooperatives’ members.
